Shipping policy

1. Shipping Availability

PetLabCo.® ships throughout the United States, including:

  • All U.S. states

  • PO Boxes

  • APO/FPO military addresses

For international orders, customers should use the applicable PetLabCo.® country-specific website where available.

2. Order Processing

Under normal circumstances, orders are processed within 24–72 hours after the order is placed and confirmed.

Once an order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

3. Delivery Times

After an order has shipped, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for delivery.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Other circumstances beyond PetLabCo.®'s reasonable control

PetLabCo.® relies on third-party carriers for delivery and is not responsible for carrier-related delays.

4. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled after it enters processing, except as required by applicable law or at the discretion of PetLabCo.®.

If an order is delayed because a product is unavailable and you do not wish to wait for or substitute the product, PetLabCo.® may cancel the order and refund the amount charged.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, PetLabCo.® will provide tracking information when available.

Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of their shipment.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

If you need to update your shipping information, please contact PetLabCo.® Customer Support as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

7. Gifts

Gift orders are generally processed within 24 hours.

Delivery may occasionally take longer than the estimated delivery timeframe.
