Refund policy

At PetLabCo.®, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the policy below.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

PetLabCo.® offers a 30-day return policy.

You have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery confirmation to request a return.

To be eligible for a standard return:

  • The product must be unused.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • The product must be sealed and unopened.

  • You must request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number within the applicable 30-day return period.

PetLabCo.® reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. Return Authorization

All standard returns must be authorized by PetLabCo.® before the product is returned.

Please contact our Customer Experience Team to request an RMA Number before sending any product back.

Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Shipping

PetLabCo.® covers the return shipping costs for eligible standard returns when the return is authorized through our Customer Experience Team.

Please follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

4. Refunds

Once an authorized returned product has been received and inspected, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take up to thirty (30) days following completion of the return process.

For certain returns, the refund may take up to two weeks to be processed after the returned item is received.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

PetLabCo.® also offers a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on certain eligible products.

Current eligible products include:

Joint Care Chew Advanced

  • 60-day guarantee period from delivery of the first qualifying order.

  • Applies to qualifying purchases made on or after February 9, 2026.

  • Covers up to two (2) qualifying orders.

DF-14™: Daily Foundation

  • 90-day guarantee period from delivery of the first qualifying order.

  • Applies to qualifying purchases made on or after August 17, 2026.

  • Covers up to three (3) qualifying orders.

Probiotic Chew

  • 90-day guarantee period from delivery of the first qualifying order.

  • Applies to qualifying purchases made on or after August 17, 2026.

  • Covers up to three (3) qualifying orders.

The Money-Back Guarantee is subject to the applicable eligibility requirements and is available only for qualifying purchases made directly through PetLabCo.®.

The guarantee does not apply to purchases made through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other third-party retailers.

PetLabCo.® may request the return of unused and sealed products and will provide return instructions when applicable.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Experience Team.

Please do not throw the product away.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photograph of the product

  • A description of the damage or defect

  • A photograph of the lot number, when applicable

PetLabCo.® will review the issue and may arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

7. Product Exchanges

PetLabCo.® does not currently offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you may request a return and place a new order for the product you prefer.
